Please review the Constitution on this issue and do the needful. I wonder if there is such a lavish post Presidential awards in the developed th world. Why can't Ghana be moderate as all the leaders are touting?
If we are going to amend the constitution with regard to ex-gratia,lets also amend the section that prevents ex-presidents from working for pay.

They should be given salary not a lump sum of money, and they must pay taxes like everyone else. The stupid 1992 Accord must be abolished so we can prosecute the bad leaders, and their cronies also.
