  When an employer engages a worker from the legal institutions like labour office or any employment centre,we seldom hear of such things.Ghana govt over the years have not set the stage right to enhance employer and employee Relationship.All the trade unions in Ghana are dormant,they careless about the welfare of ordinary workers.We have bogus trade unions today in Ghana who can't bite.We also have lazy Ministers of employment who have not added anything to the Gold Coast Labour Offices that are virtually useless today.I pity my countrymen.Don't worry,be happy.
