Mahama was wrong for requesting before Akufo-Addo for such a house and he was in turn wrong for agreeing to Mahama's request since that decision was not for him to adjudge alone and Otumfuo Osei Tutu II does not have requisite mandate to arrange such a deal, for his kingdom is not the mandatory body or the parliament of land. So, the blame goes to all three involved. However, I am happy that Mahama has withdrawn his previous request.

If Akufo Addo wants to see Mahama, all he needed to do is give him a phone call and I am 100% certain Mahama would have been ready to meet him. Better still, for the records, a letter to Mahama's Chief of Staff, Debrah, is all that is needed.

Now, you set up a Transitional Team and then begin to negotiate some things outside the remiss of that Team! What's that if not illegal and l;awless behaviour on the part of the two persons involved? Mahama has got himself to blame for this mess. Let him go away with his lack of appreciation for proper procedures forever. And can Nana also spare us his own shoddy way of doing things? We recollect his initial shoddy filing of the financial loss case against Tsatsu Tsikata.

Instead, he has chosen to shift the blame to Eugene Arhin. Funny thing is Eugene was only 15yrs old when Akufo-Addo first competed against Kuffour for the NPP presidential primaries in 2000. Seven years later he would embark on his three attempts as the NPP presidential candidate. Does anybody believe that all these years Akufo-Addo never figured out what his inaugural speech would say if he ever won the presidency? Point is Akufo-Addo wrote this plagiarism speech himself, and he rehearsed it to precisely say the lines exactly as Clinton and Bush had said them.

2) Denying the Mahama Bungalow Saga:
As the evidence keeps streaming in, it is now clear from both sides that President-Elect Akufo-Addo did indeed meet President Mahama in the presence of Otumfour Osei Tutu. It is stated that it was then that Akufo-Addo verbally agreed to let Mahama continue to stay in his bungalow as part of his pension package. In fact, Akufo-Addo directed Mahama's chief of staff to document this in a letter to his transition team. Akufo-Addo's people who didn't support the idea intentionally leaked such letter to the Ghanaian media, knowing that most NPP Ghanaians have a hatred for Mahama, and will thus push to thwart the effort. Lo and behold, the rest of that is history. Once again, with all the statements and accusations flying up and down, Akufo-Addo has refused to state the obvious, making Mahama look like a greedy fool. A person of moral character would say, yes we did have an agreement but it looks like the laws would not permit it.

Here you have it, people! Here is the moral compass of our President. God help us!

The agreement regarding the two bungalows were not legal but a good faith. Why do you want to hold Nana to a good faith agreement but not Mahamah. Respect is a two way street. Mahamah has many house built with looted money, he can take his rent allowance, move to one of his many houses and wait for his turn for allocation of his house like Kuffour has been doing the last 8 years. My take is that there was a to discuss peaceful transition and most importantly to assure the soon to be ex-president that he will be taken care of as the law says. During the said meeting the bungalow request was made and he was asked to put that in writing. That's by no means a YES, but was misconstrued as such. Wrong is wrong, the ex-president should not have made the request at all. It's against the law. Whatever agreement was agreed or not was illegal. Our leaders must show some self respect and eschew greediness, how do they expect the ordinary citizens to be upright whiles the bend the law to suit themselves a la pat my back I pat your back.

What you guys especially this chief of akan people should know is that Ghana is a Multi tribe country just like any other African country. This so called chief of the Akan speaking tribe is a damn crook and NOT the chief of some other tribes in Ghana, the quickly these politicians STOP involving this guy called "otufuo" from mediating in Ghanaian politics the better.
