That truth of the matter is we Ghanaians know who JD Mahama is? We did not like his stewardship of our affairs so we booted him out of office after 4 years. We don't need Jeffery Sachs, a Egotistic self appointed do Gooder to comes from USA and tell us what JD Mahama has done on heaith delivery. NHIS was started by President Kuffour. He will be the one we will remember for health trasformation besides Nkrumah.
