  TVET is the backbone of Ghana economy,but the NDC and the COTVET boss did not manage the funding well through the creation of Project Support Unit, an illigal entity. As at now the Council dont have Headquarters on it own and a strong NDC member who printed T-Shirts to support the party at kpando where he commes from.he faild to recognised staff contributions in many forms but rather gave autonomy to the PSU staff which has never gone well with staff and arrogance character he imposed.
