  This man didn't have anything to say. In my own example if I leave the responsibility of turning off all gadgets in my house for my wife to do, then I will be paying quadruple of my current bill.

  Everyone must turn off the lights. Even my children know that. It is not for Mummy to turn the lights off. My entire house hold does it. What is this woman talking about.
