Will his owner tell him that the constitution of Ghana allows the Prez to appoint those he deems fit to executes tasks on his behalf ?

After stealing tractors imported into the country by the Kufuor govt to be distributed to farmers, he still has the guts to be bragging around with such absurdities.

Ayariga is a poor excuse of a lawyer or his specialty as a lawyer is not constitutional lawyer because his argument is hollow and sophomoric. Nowhere in the constitution does it specify how to call a Minister of State.

Whether a Minister is called Secretary of works or whatever is not specifically specified. A Presidential system cannot have a Prime Minister.

Does the constitution specify the creation of Chief of Staff? Is the Chief of Staff not a Supervisor of the Ministers or is he not ranked above Ministers? According to Ayariga sorry argument, then the Chief of Staff is acting like a Prime Minister and therefore that position is unconstitutional. Ayariga is embarking on a losing cause.

The president is free to create other Ministers and designate them with any titles he pleases suh as Senior Minister.The Constitution does not provide for them to be vetted. Because our consituion is hybrid such Minister workfor and accountable to the President
