  Le havre were 4th last season in ligue 2 and the top 3 teams got promoted to ligue 1. This shows they have the ability to get promoted. They may be 10th this season but they are in reality only 6 points away from the 3rd team with the second round having just begun. This is a decent team and if he can earn a regular starting place in this team it is a step forward in his career. I urge you to do more research before passing criticising certain situations.
