  How long has this been going on? What is the reason (s) for the bonus? Bonus must come with performance. Korle-Bu we all know has been poorly managed. Doctors, administrators an even the messengers must be blamed. They all look on and condone the poor and arrogant professional practices by he doctors, nurses, lab technicians an all other workers. The doctors an pharmacist steal an transfer the resources including, the medications into their private practices. They spend precious time in their practices instead of providing medical interventions to patients at the hospital where they have been duly employed! Professional practices are disgraceful an only the good Lord has always had mercy on us the poor patients. Bed-side manners by both nurses and doctors are alarming. Irresponsible and little-minded attitude and unacceptable behaviour are common observations at the hospital. And when they ask for more pay and vehicle allowances you ask -payment for no work done or for arrogance and murders of innocent and helpless sick and elderly? Oh, they are good at strikes though. Time President Akufo-Addo should take action now.

  Employees of Ministry of Finance and it's agencies and departments such as Ghana Revenue Authority, Accountant General and Statistical Service were paid honorarium of 50 percent of their annual gross salaries for which some had between ten to hundred thousand Ghana cedis. This is unfair.Ken Ofori Atta should pay honorarium to other government employees. The national cake should be equitably shared.

How can only 9 management members take 153,000 GH cedis as exra mural allowance. what kind of etra mural did they do? How muuch was paid to those who generated these moneies? Who approved for these payment to be made? what creteria was used to determine the nine beneficiaries? was there fairness and equity? was there good judgement? did these 9 demonstrated good leadership qualities? leadership is about service. these nine did not show good leadership.
