  Ghana constitution had already been written- thanks to JJ rawlingse and the hairdresser.
  it is an open referendum that can make amendments in the constitution

  He, along with the Roads minister, the Energy Minister, the Communications minister, and the Finance minister, will be collecting kickbacks for Akufo-Addo....that is why Akufo-Addo put his family members and friends at those ministries...those are the ministries that deal with the largest volumes of government contracts...
