Unfortunately, you failed to point out how the President acted not to have the RTI bill passed. Parliament is supposed to be independent and therefore it is expected of them to pass legislation s for which they paid.

You said the original bill was withdrawn and replaced with a 2016 version to make it easier for parliament and that was after extensive stake holders' inputs. The AG tabled the new one and asked for it to be passed under a certificate of urgency aa a result of which it quickly passed through 2nd reading. The president, who has no control over parliament appealed for it to passed. The NPP MPs refused to cooperate because they want their incoming government to make "global history" Nobody in her right senses will blame Mahama and NDC for it!!!Only a prostitute i.e. if you were correctly quoted per the headline.
