  Nonsense! The Power vested in Courts come from the Constitution that gets affirmed at the Parliament. If the Parliament chooses to set up any such Commission with broad and deep power, even bigger than the High Court's, it could. All it takes is for the MPs to create it by consensus and imbue it with such power as necessary and indicate its legal limits.
  
  This is a lousy attempt to effeminate the very concept of such Commissions by a Judge who seem to favor reserving all legal Powers to the traditional courts.
  
  There are several scenarios in which Commissions, instead of the usual Courts, may be needed. A typical example is when an issue or case has too many political underpinnings and only a truly independent Commission could honestly get to the bottom of it.
  
  Such is the current case of the US newly-elected President's likely connections with the Russians who have been cited to have tampered with the Elections in the USA.
  
  We are tired of being treated like all dumb ignorant idiots who must swallow every damned intellectual bankruptcy from biased leaders and Officials.
