This is a very BACKWARD policy. 36 ministries and counting. The next one on the list is ministry of Anlo towns.

We also want an Accra Shopping Mall type.We also want Nigeria, Niger and Burkina Faso Embassy Annex at Agbogbloshie. We want our own Minister with 2 V8 Aircondition Cars,a big Screen TV, a houseboy, watchman and a big garden.

Or should we threaten to declare ourselves independent before you lot take us serious.

Its s lie. We've heard this before under Rawlings, Kuffour, Mills and Mahama. In the end the gap becomes wider instead of being bridged. Its a plan to loot money at the expense of the zongo community. We have to be wise
