The only cocoa processing factory in the Western region is WAMCO in Takoradi which have collapsed totally.The West Africa Millers of Cocoa (WAMCO) was built by Kwame Nkrumah in the 60s but today WAMCO is not operational.Why should anybody go and build a new cocoa processing factory at Sefwi?By the way,do they have sufficient and constant supply of cheap electricity?To be or not to be,that's the question.This is what we call presumptuous strategy to fool the electorates.Thank you.

This little kakapwepwe, has started to massage his grand policies, which he took the election, promising to build a factory in each district across the country. Kakapwepwe, whose policies is credibly designed, thought through, vetted and tested by his penal experts, is going round in circles in soliciting for land from chiefs. This is a policy under run. Not even one month in office, Kakapwepwe is now dodging a straight bullet. My views of this guy is that, he is up to no good for this challenging position. Look friends, he has no land, no reliable energy supply, no capital to start projects, no physical infrastructure, skills workers, to pursue these gargantuan projects. Regrettable, Ghana interest rate is the highest in the world. Who in his or her frame of mind will borrow at 35% with out government intervention. This guy should set his policies right for better economic and social development.

The name "Kapwepwe" became popular in Ghana during the time of President Jomo Kenyatta of Kenya.The opposition leader at that time was very short so Ghanaians also adopted that name to tag anyone short on Ghana
