And it's only in Ghana Kids write-off the experienced hands to suggest that the Country should be handed over to inexperience Kids with Sharp Teeth. Know that the IMF has never led any economy "into first class". Through the prudent economic policies and measure by Kuffour's NPP Govt,Ghana was on track to become those Countries you mentioned or better; but the lacks of Continuity after Kuffour's govt. Therefore direct your fraustration on the Ghanaian electorate or the NDC Party which rigged the 2012 election.
