I will rephrase the question.

Since NPP intend to reduce and remove taxes, especially for the rich, and since the Finance Minister believes it is okay to off shore shares, would he approve the rich doing similar after benefitting from tax reductions and what measures is he going to put in place to protect Ghana from such business dealings.

I can tell you that Ghana has this money. We did not know because the money went into the pockets of NDC gurus through their let's loot and share plan.

365 Zongo to be developed by $50 million, in addition to finding funds for the 1 District 1 Factory projects. I wish these projects were laid out in a series of white papers to be discussed exhaustively.

On the issue of Zongo development fund, since there are Zongos throughout many parts of West Africa. I think we should explore an ECOWAS funding to end this lack of development.
