Ken did not want the then outstanding meager loan to be a distraction for the new government. So, the said loan, as reported, gets paid in full before the new government takes over, and while the Squatter-in-Chief still had both hands in the national "cookie jar", and stealing like there was no tomorrow.
Wherever Ken got that said $2+ million to pay off the debt while the NPP was not yet in power should not be a major concern to you. Ghana is going to have a Senior Minister, a Monitoring Minister, a Chief of staff, and of course the indefatigable genius, Sir Alhaji Dr Bawumia to keep eagle eyes on the National coffers, while keeping the Finance Minister [designate] in check. And you,"Kojo" and all your aliases, I am entreating you to get on Ken's case if you have any evidence that he is stealing from the national coffers to 'piggy-back' on to the said loan.
