I see a situation where our courts relax on their mandamus,they must be seen following up on rulings,if their orders re not followed,I think there be a body to sight the Attoney General for contempt,especially when it becomes clear the attorney general is dragging his/ her feet in applying the law just because the person comes from the same political party they belong like we saw in the Woyome case.Can you imagine if it was Nana Addo or his vice who were in the shoes of Woyome?even the great cape case that has no adverse findings on Nana Addo generated a lot of spin from the NDC led by Omane Boamah and justice Apau the sole commissioner who threw caution to the win just to please his paymaster,his appointment to the Supreme Court bench sealed the suspicion that he was made sole commissioner to make Nana Addo look bad without any evidence.
