The man picks up fight with every windmill that comes his way instead saying something judicious or prudent. His favourite target is the free press

The ascendency of Donald Trump into the presidency reminds of two books I read in the 90's. One is fiction and the other non-fiction but now I am compelled to blend both into one. I will recommend these books to anyone who is interested. They are "The Rise and Fall of the Great Powers" by the world acclaimed scholar Paul Kennedy and "Absolute Power" by the worldwide bestselling novelist David Baldacci.

In Paul Kennedy's book he narrates the industrial decline of super nations relative to their economy and the rise of Tiger nations in Asia whilst David Baldacci puts it in Absolute Power simply like this "You can't even trust the president"

In the words of Hillary Clinton the new president Donald Trump is a narcissists, populist and a loose cannon. Our world is headed towards unpredictable and capricious times.

Whilst China a communist state is pleading for free trade and globalization, American led by Donald Trump,on the other hand, is appealing for protectionism and nationalism. What a lopsided world!

Saudi Arabia, women can't drive, no rights and must always be covered.
China and India, infantcide of baby girls.
Afghanistan, unequal education rights.
Democratic Republic of Congo, where rapes are brutal and women are left to die, or HIV infected and left to care for children alone.
Mali, where women can not escape the torture of genital mutilation.
Pakistan, in tribal areas where women are gang raped to pay for men's crime.
Guatemala, the impoverished female underclass of Guatemala faces domestic violence, rape and the second-highest rate of HIV/AIDS after sub-Saharan Africa. An epidemic of gruesome unsolved murders has left hundreds of women dead, some of their bodies left with hate messages. Or the 7 year old girls being sold or married off to 60 year old men, Or the millions of women sold and bought into sex trafficking.
And that's just a few examples.
So when women get together in AMERICA and whine they don't have equal rights and march in their clean clothes, after eating a hearty breakfast, and it's like a vacation away that they have paid for to get there...
