I USED TO WORK AT THE SECRETARIAT AND SO I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. I WILL URGE THE GOVERNMENT TO ALSO LOOK INTO THE MAKE-UP OF THE 250 GHANAIANS WHO WERE SENT ON GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP TO CUBA. VERY SOON GHANAIANS WILL GO ON WHAT NIGERIAS USED TO CALL "THE FEDERAL CHARACTER". THIS SIMPLY MEANT THAT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT JOBS WERE EVENLY DISTRIBUTED AMONG THE VARIOUS TRIBES. U may not like it because U are not upright, U want the same old order to stay. The order where some people are untouchable, above the law, big kings, personalities get away with murder etc. Those days must be over before any progress can be made.
It is really annoying that we are not willing to make changes that can improve our status from 3rd world to civilized world. The king/queen nonsense and other traditions need to go because it does not work for the general good of the children(No justice no progress)
