I am bringing to your attention a land dispute at Hotorgodo in the Keta District and constituency of the Volta Region of Ghana. Though the matter is currently at the Keta District Court the Despondents Togbui Agblevor III, Harry Agblevor of the Ghana Police Service, stationed at Legon Police Station, James Agblevor of the West Africa Gas Pipeline and one Mawutor Agblevor of Ashiaman have retorted to various acts of intimidation against the Respondents, namely Seth Agbodemegbe, Agnes Adzomani, Etevi Mifetu and Joseph Agbodemegbe with treats of deportation from Hatorgodo, destruction of their properties, dumping human excreta in their farms and other forms of the preach of the law.
There is a rumour that Togbui Agbelevor III, Harry Agblevor of the Legon Police Station, James Agblevor of the WFGPL and Mawutor Agblevor of Ashiamang intend to hire three trucks of hounds to go to Hatorgodo on Saturday, 28th January, 2017 to destroy the properties of Seth Agbodemegbe, Etevi Mifetu, Agnes Adzomani, who is also the aunt and mother in-law of James Agblevor.
The Minister of Interior, the Chief Justice and the Inspector General of Police should take note of this impending criminal act and preach of the peace and intervene appropriately to safeguard live and property.
It is alleged that Chief Inspector Harry Agblevor is acting in this manner because he as got support of some senior officers in the Ghana Police Service.
It is on record that three weeks a go he went and threatened his uncle Seth Agbodemegbe a Respondent in the matter before court, the son of the late Queen Mother, Tolokpui Agblevor not to set foot on the soil of Hatorgodo else he will have himself to blame.

Is the honorable member trying to tell Ghanaians that the police harassment of food and cattle vendors along our roads form the north started from December 8th? If not what did he do about it when his party was in government?
