Hospitals must survive. Cash and carry came back a long time ago. its unfortunate that citizens have to pay out of pocket for healthcare. the NHIS is in intensive care. NHIS have not reimbursed health facilities for between 9-12months. these health facilities do not get any funding from govt. instead of attacking the management of the TTH, you should rather put pressure on government to release the outstanding NHIA claims. no facility will charge any NHIA client if reimbursements are regular. NDC messed up the NHIS and npp must fix it. these delayed NHIS claims when they are to be reimbursed are not done with interest and inflation is about 15%.
instead of blaming the management, call on govt to pay up its indebtedness. you can change management but that will not solve the problem.
