When the cheque bounced the first time it raised a red flag and you should have avoided settling the case in house! You were fooled.....someone is using your car as a taxi and paying by installments. Open your eyes!!

Just get a lawyer and sue. Sue AMA for bigger amount to cover all your expenses as long as you're out of a car. ie; daily taxi expenses etc....

Apparently the money was too important to you because you figured you purchase another car for less than the GHC 40,000.00 and pocket the rest. That is greed. Now you are out GHC 30,000.

You should have made them buy one instead of agreeing to that weekly payments.
