  What are the philosophical underpinnings of your foreign policy objectives? Nothing but money! Nonsense.
  
  If Ghana was a wise nation it would put righteous MEN at the helm of two key government positions: Foreign Affairs Minister and Attorney-General. When you put women in these positions, their typical weaknesses of wanting to be everybody's friend and never wanting to offend anybody, often play out.
