Creating a colony of their own. Scrap it now
GOOD POINT HERE: MAKE IT AN EXAMINING BODY AND ALLOW THE UNIVERSITIES TO TRAIN THE LAWYERS.

I share that idea with kofi.but my question is .Is it than in any part of the world.
THEY ARE EXAMINING BODIES AND STANDARDS ADHERENCE BODY. THE TEACHINGS ARE DONE BY SCHOOLS AND WORK ORGANISATIONS
We should rather have accredited law schools to be regulated by the Ghana Legal Council. This body should ensure that the teaching of law is at par with both national and international standards.

Useless, of all the problems we have in our educational sector is it what you waste your time on to solve. It(GLS) is not performing?
This proposal should be given the needed attention it deserves by the government of the day in salvaging the situation of legal training in Ghana. There are best practices in many jurisdictions Ghana could learn from.
I agree with you Kofi. Scrap and make it an examination body.
