  Alan did not say that the PSIs failed. He catalogued the success of the Ayensu Starch and said rather the PSis enjoyed bad political propaganda from the Opposition which gave the impression that they were failure.

  Kyerematen is the wrong person to be Ghana's trade minister. This guy has not demonstrated anything to show any expertise in trade matters.
  Any top government official who highlights the erstwhile Presidential Special Initiative as relevant to the dtuggling national economy of Ghana does not deserve my vote to be the head teacher of a village primary school.
  Kyerematen is hollow but blame Akufo-Addo for his elevation.

  After listening to Alan Cash, I can't help but say the NPP's one district one factory is a dud from the word go. What is this government's fiscal policy to attract private investors? Up till now, this government has not disclosed what fiscal policy it plans to pursue to implement the one district one factory policy.
  
  Investors understand one language and one language only, and any attempt to improve unemployment rates in Ghana, control inflation, stabilize business cycles and influence interest rates must be laid out in NPP's fiscal policy for investors to see before they commit their hard earned $ to any factory in some village.
  
  I guess this government is going to learn the hard way how to attract investors.
