  The current situation in the country needs a comprehensive restructuring of the nation's fragile economy. The nation needs to be competitive at the regional and international level. In to achieve this, rigor assessment of the economy and where Ghana will be heading in the future should a priority. Pls consider what the nation is capable of and the resource available to the sector. I believe, agriculture is the spine of Ghana economy, therefore, all efforts should be made to resource the farmers and fishermen across the country. Ghana isn't an industrialized country. We have limited technical know how.
