  Most young people are alright when it comes to finding work but the quality of work depends on the skills acquired. Why don't we turn ordinary school into night school for the young educated youth the hawkers to get some life skills for example a hawker might be interested in marketing skills that would enhance his business rather than a new skill. ICT skills etc would be helpful for them in the micro world to be more effective.
