All the charges you NPP members are levelling against Mr. Kudalor is tantamount to giving a dog a bad name to hang it. Which honest Ghanaians don't know that the NPP were drug dealers who turned Ghana into a cocaine hub in the West African sub-region? Have we forgotten the Amoatengs? When former President Kufuor appointed an Asante man as Inspector-General of Police and his deputy also an Asante man during his tenure as President, what did Ghanaians witness?

When the ship Benjamin was, for example, arrested in Ghana's waters in 2003 with lots of cocaine on board and and the cocaine was deposited at the Ghana Police Headquarters in Accra, were we not told that all of it mysteriously disappeared and some were traced to the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi, information that came up during the sittings of the Theodora Georgina Wood Commission that Kufuor had appointed to investigate the cocaine disappearance? Isn't it shameful that the Asantehene, Osei Tutu II, was also implicated in that cocaine saga? Yet no one raised a finger against him!!! Yes, because it was Kufuor's NPP that was in power and it was for that reason that he promoted Mrs. Wood over and above all her seniors to the position of Chief Justice, especially when she strangely announced to the whole world at the end of the Commission's sittings that its findings were inconclusive!!! She just saved Kufuor, Osei Tutu II, the Asante police chiefs as well as the entire NPP from serious trouble and embarrassment. She actually covered up for al!!!.

The truth is that no matter what, President Akufo-Addo and the NPP would remove Mr. Kudalor and replace him with their own known NPP police chiefs who would be involved in their dirty and corrupt deals.

During the NDC administration, Ghanaians did not hear of Ghana being turned into a cocaine hub again as was the case during Kuruor's rule. But we should not be surprised to discover that the NPP has once again turned our country into that, something Kudalor failed to do. Oh, what a shazme!!!

One day under Kufuor... I left the civil service in 2000 so did not demonstrate against NPP from 2001 to 2009.
However there is one incident of police brutality under NPP and Kufuor which I always remember because that brutality took place on the day Kufuor and Bush were criticized Robert Mugabe over the beating of Zimbabwean opposition.
The Ghana police on that day brutalized students who were on float for approaching a police woman and requesting of pure water from her.
On the same day a Mexican was killed by the police for demonstrating against Bush.
In the history of demonstrations in Ghana the Ghana Police Service has not been so brutal as under NPP lead by Kufuor.
