  If they claim to have information why not wait for the recipient of the parcel, trial the final destination and u apprehend the suspects. Instead u want to go after the unsuspecting drivers who don't have the tools or skills ...

  If they claim to have information why not wait for the recipient of the parcel, trial the final destination and u apprehend the suspects. Instead u want to go after the unsuspecting drivers who don't have the tools or skills to detect contraband items. Even drugs get smuggled on aircrafts does it mean the airline operator's aircraft get confiscated. Plain lazy policy by NACOB. Now they will release their small officials on the street while the big men take over the airport and report drugs are being smuggled because they are stretched and need more personnel. Just looking for opportunity to take advantage of the ignorance of these poor drivers.
  Really they have not thought far in this at all.
