However, the pregnancy could be used as evidence. But the supreme Court should have known that the child not being his does not exonerate him from defilement. If he ever had sex with the victim then he is guilty. It is however, a defence if accused know a former boyfriend of victim that means. it is based on this that accused was discharged. It will therefore be difficult to seek for compensation because he was actually guilty of having sex with a 16 yr old. It was not the fault of prosecution to go to jail but himself.

A student lied against for causing her dismissal because she claimed i proposed to her n she refused so i failed her n the school saked for non performance. she had more than 9 Fs out of which one was my subject. to be frank with u, i can swear by the bible and the womb that gave birth to me, i had nothing doing with her. students hate teachers who are principled. thank God when her script were sent for remarking, she even scored lower marks than i gave her. we should teach our children the fear of God and the truth.

The police officers who shot another police man during the Donkorkrom bullion attack were only sentenced to 36 months imprisonment. The judiciary is sick.

It is incumbent on the Judiciary to expeditiously assess the financial compensation due to Eric and not subject him to further injustice by bureaucratic delays.
Another important dimension to this case is that it ought to be reopened to establish the perpetpetrator of this grievous sexual assault on a 14 year old girl. We must avoid victimising the lady who Ostensibly has also suffered a traumatic experience in this incident of the sexual offence committed by a person who up to now has escaped the wheels of justice

I am not convinced, that the teacher is not guilty.
