When the letter was signed, the Budget for the period ending 31st March, 2017 has already been approved by parliament and that it will only take a supplementary budget for the funds to be released for payment.
The Government that failed Ghanaians is the NDC Gov't who stood at the majority ignorant side of the people and threw dust into their eyes.
The NPP Government is preparing the Budget Statement for the rest of the year ending 31 December.
GHANAIANS are yet to see any governance effect of the NPP administration when they present their first ever budget to the parliament for approval.
I won't be surprised if they have ALREADY spent the funds meant for the payment of the increments.
Let's all be patience until the Dr Bawumia comes around to explain some of the heinous revelation that has been uncovered in the erstwhile NDC Gov't.
