No one individual or group of people in the party should assume superior status at the expense of all. For that would be a recipe for disaster for the party. This is the time to demonstrate maturity, emotional intelligence and good leadership leadership skills from all.
Stop making indirect and unsubstantiated comments in public against members of the party. Such comments serves no meaningful purpose other than serve as an ammunition for the opposition.

The NDC must not be a particular house-hold party. Any attempt at doing so would result lead to an undesirable fragmentation of the party, which cannot win any election in Ghana. Everyone in the party matters. Therefore what is needed now is for all to come together; review what went wrong, make genuine corrections and forge forward as a united, solid and a formidable party capable of winning the next election and leading Ghana to prosperity for all Ghanaians.
