With all due respect to K.B., the burden of proof is not upon Agyarko but the accuser (Ayariga). If all accused politicians have to step down then Mahama should have stepped down before the end of his term.

I think both sides stand accused. One is charged with attempted bribery and the other is charged with lies and false accusation. So if anyone has to step aside for investigations to begin, then it has to be both sides. That is fair otherwise all one has to do to get a minister suspended is to cook up a charge without substance. Much as the minister could lose his position from the outcome, let his accusers also stand to lose their seats if they are found to have lied. That is equity, and should serve as deterrent against mischief.
