  Isn't it a criminal offence in Ghana to operate a bank or bank like company without a licence. So why is the bank of Ghana no arranging to arrest these fraudsters but rather expose the VULNERABE, HELPLESS PUBLIC to these scam ...

So why is the bank of Ghana no arranging to arrest these fraudsters but rather expose the VULNERABE, HELPLESS PUBLIC to these scams? Are government officials that useless? Doesn't anybody care about protecting the public? God help us!!
