A story attributed to West End Radio located in Ellembelle in the Western Region quotes Mr Armah Kofi Buah, a cabinet minister under the Mahama government, as saying President Mahama must be blamed for his own defeat.

Part of the story said: “The massive failure of our NDC party under President John Mahama is as a result of arrogance and complacency. The President somehow turned into a dictator whenever we attended meetings. He trust[s] Parliamentarians who are Northerners than other tribe[s].”

It added: “Most of we the ministers have to pay monies before appointment or secure your position from reshuffle. I opted for Vice President Position and that was the initial promise he made to me. He told the three Nzema constituencies and Western Region that in his bid for second term in office, I will be his Vice. That was the more reason why I was made Petroleum Minister. I was one of the financiers in this election. I pray we reorganize ourselves and come again in 2016.”

Agyarkogate should be investigated by an independent body. There is a perception out there among the citizens of this country that the august and honorable assembly of representatives have in the past engaged in corrupt practices in approving the sale of Ghana Telecom and the acquisition of loans. PC Ofori-Appiah, Martin Amidu have all accused Parliament of corruption. If the executive under Akufo-Addo does not heed the call of the citizens of Ghana to set up an investigation into AGYARKOGATE, independent of Parliament, then he can kiss his own credibility in the eyes of the public goodbye.`

Mr. Speaker, don't worry your salifu. MPs can be mute about this humongous and gargantuan SCANDAL, but we the good people of Ghana will continue the struggle for justice in the media, till every crook is found , prosecuted and jailed.

We have security cameras everywhere in Parliament HOUSE, so the Police should get the evidence and prove to Ghanaians that the Police is credible institution.

Mr. Speaker, don't think every body is a small boy and for that matter a foolish ignoramus.

Anyway, why was the need for Agarkoh to bribe his way? Why only the minority MPs but not the Majority? Why have only about five minority MPs been named when all of them on the committee is said to have received?
