John Mahama put Northerners at the helm of affairs of SADA. However, he used SADA to steal money through the people that he appointed to head and run the organization. He used Iddi and his lieutenants to steal milions of US dollars for his 2012 political campaign. He stle the money through Asongtaba, rLG, Zira Group, Zoom Lion, as well as several others, mainly northerners. So what is the Sheik talking about. I can tell Ghanaians for a fact that if the project is to succeed then SADA should be headed by someone who doesn't hail from the catchment area of SADA or whatever it will be called. Who can now account for the hudreds of USD that have been sunk into the project? ZERO!!! Mahama was not let down by his appointees. If it were so he would have sent all of them to jail to serve as a lesson to others. He was personally involved. Just look at the SUV's that he has bought for chiefs, celebreties girls and boys alike all in the name of trying to retain power. If he goes to jail others will learn from it. Mahama himself was the leader of the looting brigade and so he could not have brought anybody to justice for that matter.

It was handed to Dr Sule Garaba (a Mahama ally) who then connived with Gilbert Iddi (a PNDC cadre)to outsorce SADA to Agambire of Agams Group (Mahama ally) to swindle the good people of the NR. All the proceeds of the loot were reinvested in Mahama dynasty.
Sheikh Aremeyaw was sceptical about the NPP manifesto, and then the NPP win, and then whether NPP cared about Zongos. He is only warming up to the party now that he finds NPP are serious. Let him keep his views; he could have refused all the rice bags sent by Sidi Abukari and the others.

Ban Ki-moon, former UN chief, drops South Korea presidency bid

Former UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon has ruled himself out of the running for South Korean president.
In a surprise move, the leading conservative candidate blamed political slander and "various fake news" stories against him for his decision.
His withdrawal is a boost for liberal candidate and front-runner Moon Jae-in.
South Korea is seeking to replace President Park Geun-hye, who was impeached in December after a long-running corruption scandal.
Mr Ban gave a brief news conference in which he said he wanted to use his 10 years' experience as UN chief to achieve national unity, but said he had been subjected to "malign slander akin to character assassination".
"With all kinds of fake news, my intention for political change was nowhere to be seen and all that was left was grave scars to my family and myself, and to the honour of the UN where I spent the past 10 years," he said.
He said he was "disappointed by old-fashioned, narrow-minded egoistic attitudes by some politicians, and I came to a conclusion that it would be meaningless to work together with them".
Slump in approval rating
South Korea has been gripped by political chaos since Ms Park was unseated. Millions took to the streets to protest against her leadership.
She is now on a trial at the Constitutional Court, which will decide whether her impeachment is upheld or if she is returned to power.
If it is upheld, presidential elections will be held within two months rather than their proper date in December.
Mr Ban appeared to have significant support early in an unofficial campaign and was at one time the perceived frontrunner, but his approval ratings fell sharply as he faced criticism about his political competence.
He apologised in January after losing his temper at a press conference and calling reporters "jerks", and has denied allegations he took bribes from a businessman at the centre of a corruption scandal.
Mr Moon called Mr Ban's decision "unexpected" and said he would be willing to seek his advice on international affairs.
