  Mmm, I love this guy already. Being a person that grew up in village where potable water was almost always non existent, I have long question why there area of borehole drilling have been left in the hands of foreign NGOs instead of government taking the lead to solve that problem once and for all. Coupled with is his aim to ensure one house one toilet my thump is raise up for this guy. For me this is what government should be about; solving the basic needs of the people at the grassroot. Love ya bro!!

In the immediate to short term, boreholes are more affordable and can be readily made available to the villages than huge water plants which will take a lot of time and money to construct.

  Ghanaians prefer a spaghetti junction in the middle of town going nowhere and overpriced shopping mall which are totally out of reach to 90% of Ghanaian. These are things we class as development and the government doing something. So is an old idea? Why is it then that over 30 years since that idea was conceived, over 50% of Ghanaian find it difficult accessing potable water which is a basic necessity of life? I bet you haven't thought of that.
