First, soldiers have no locus whatsoever to engage in such civilian actions within Ghana solely the preserve of the Police. It is clear Akufo Addo and his henchmen want to continue the use of soldiers to brutalise civilians. Some of us shall not sit down quietly and watch them as spectators to continue in this gross practice.

Secondly, if they suspect that the vehicles really belong to the state, the simple thing to do is request from Adam to deliver them to a mentioned address by so, so time, or prove ownership with registration papers. Failing that, then a court order shall be sought to seize the vehicles, with the help of a bailiff and and Police escort. They then become objects of dispute in the law court. That's the rule of law in practice. Soldiers should NEVER be brought in unless a bomb (booby traps n the cars - but that should also be only the Army's Bomb Disposal Unit)is involved in any refusal to release the vehicles. Armed Police should be sufficient to overpower any other resistance

What happened is condemnable and MUST NOT BE REPEATED.
