The numerous accusations of corruption against these people needs to be investigated without any delay and how can you effectively probe someone in such vital positions if you don't ask them to proceed on leave, even accessing the needed informations from their subordinates would be very difficult for the fear of backlash so it's just common sense, We the people are behind you if only you're fighting to root the canker of corruptions and the inefficiencies in our various departments.

The fine collection from the speeding drivers can't be collected, because of difficulty to locate the drivers. They should rather think of building a data base and proper addressing system.

Even the collection of IRS taxes must be paid with a credit card or bank card. I'd install computers in every government office in addition to CCTV cameras. We should make it more difficult for government employees to steal money due the state, the regional or district administrations.
