Ghanaians should blame the IMF for imposing NDC and hardship on us. You remember in 2009 when Atta Mills was sworn into office, the IMF and World Bank were the first to call on Prof Mills to congratulate him. Why have they not done the same to Nana Addo.
This tells you that IMF is behind the Mahama thievery and our suffering.

You know what goes into a bill to use 2 days to draw and pass? PS they had the majority in parliament and could have bill if they really wanted to. Why didn't Mahama pass it as soon as he came to power as a substantive president? Even it is passed today, it will affect all past Presidents since the time it was drafted. They think they've gone scat-free. Corruptibles!!
