Ghana has players that are great and can fight to help the nation regain its great name when it comes to football. But the typical Ghanaian logic prevents such people from succeeding in our environment. In Ghana if one has a different upbringing and ways that differ from what we know, we automatically classify them as arrogant, disrespectful, and the popularly known phrase "too known." This is why corruption will never leave this land because we refuse to be open minded and civil enough to respect other personalities/characters. Even in our discussions here, most people simply cannot get their point across without insulting those that have different opinions. This is what's killing our nation, our team, and our future. We are stuck in our own ancient ways which benefits us nothing. What country in their right mind will field such a goalkeeper in a major tournament? You mean to tell me this is the best Goalkeeper in the whole of Ghana? and those that play abroad? of course not. Then why? Where is Adam Kwarasey? Oh he is not good enough? My point is we never gave him a chance because he is different from us. Ghana is a sorry nation and the people and the government need to change their ways for the sake of our future ones!

Jama as we call it, is indulging; however it destroys their mental toughness, their mindfulness and their composure against a good team. FOOLISH PRACTICES IS WHAT IS HOLDING US BACK. YOu see how a goal keeper cannot even take criticism but instead resorts to facebook video to lash back at the unhappy fans? And then he repeats the same error against Cameroon by completely misjudging coming for the ball or staying. Do away with singing and get these National players to practice mindfulness when they gather for assignments! They have the skill set and qualities which is NO DOUBT but half of them lack mindfulness and composure on national duty and they don't even understand what the other team also wants to do in a match. You can never win 6 games straight against equally good African sides without consistent mindful presence thought the games. Exciting singing and JAMA and dancing will not do it for you. GET RID OF IT.

You can tell he is always nervous in the posts. For the first goal, he should have stayed in the goalpost but not come out that fast to collide with a defender. for the second goal, he hesitated little bit before coming out of his goalpost.
