England were the first big footballing nation to go foreign. They had Erikson and Cappelo for 12 years and what did England do?... NOTHING Where did England go?... NOWHERE.
But they wasted a lot of tax payers money in the process. Now they are back to square one by hiring Southgate. I want Stephen Appiah. He may have no experience but the players will love and respect him. (PS Bring back Muntari KP Boateng and Essien).

Why are we HIRING foreigners (i.e., non-Ghanaians) to work in Ghana and, thus, make more money than our presidents, but born Ghanaians who happen to acquire registered foreign citizenships (just papers to live and work in a foreign country) are conspicuously EXEMPTED from holding some government positions in Ghana??? HOW STUPID COULD THESE NEGROS BE??!!

Why exclude Ghanaians from becoming MPs or hold some government positions unless "they renounce their acquired foreign citizenships?" Look at foreign football (soccer) teams: Because they’re that smart, they hire good Africans & Spanish players to play for them—although they’re not citizens of those countries they play for.

Now, is Grant or the battalion of Serbian coaches hired to coach the Black Stars Ghanaians? So, how can they work at that high level making more money than our presidents, but some of us can't work in our OWN DAMN COUNTRY?? Again, how stupid could our leaders be? A whole lot of us abroad have acquired great knowledge and skills to help with our nation’s development and while abroad, we help successive Ghanaian governments:

1) To reduce unemployment with our business investments;

2) Help with transportation by sending home vehicles (even at bone chilling taxes);

3) Help families and friends with remittances for food, housing, school fees, hospital bills, etc., etc.,

While the stinking Serbian HAS NEVER LIVED IN GHANA NOR SENT A PENNY TO Ghana, but our leaders heartily welcome them to work there. When will our leaders wake up to see the gargantuan FOLLY in that exclusion of Ghanaians abroad to return to help—even with registered foreign citizenship? Just check the policies on that with Nigeria, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Israel, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc., etc, so long as their citizens have the necessary knowledge and skills, they care less whether s/he has 200 registered foreign citizenships. I guess “It’s all about SKIN-PAIN”, but very-very detrimental to our development!! It MUST change!!

Nobody who has been associated with either body in the last 20 years must be allowed anywhere near the reconstituted GFA and Sports Ministry. 3. No Ghanaian coach has what it takes to take us to the promised land YET. In time and with the right policies and structures, we will unearth a local coach of repute. Until then, we need to get them to understudy foreign coaches who must be chosen based on a proven track record. 4. Use the local coaches and to a larger extent include and improve local players and be defeated a million times, this is the only way we can improve.
