That tells you that the Black Stars don't know who to defend a freekick from their opponents.It's not only in this AFCON,this weakness has been with us for a very long time.
When it comes to attack also we don't have the fireworks and precision.I don't remember the last time the Black Stars scored with a freekick or a cornerkick.
This is a very serious problem that GFA should address.Looking at the FIFA ranking,you will see that Black Stars is dying.Don't worry be happy.

No coach, academy or club has identified this as a problem area and work to help solve this and earn good money and laurels in the process. the top striker in ghana league scores 16 goals and goes straight to latvia to play where he may become converted into a defensive midfielder because he is not good enough as a striker

Accam scores 20 goals in sweden then goes to usa and cannot score even 16 goals a season, majeed thecsame and he is struggling on about 7 goals this term. Dwamena scores 20 plus goals then he decides to switch to second division team in switzerland but people are clamouring for him for bs? apuu- is there ambition there? what about assifuah? ghana local coaches are poor and are destroying ghana soccer by producing mediocre with lack of ambition, drive and fight. Since rich business entrepreneurs have no interest in the development of footbal and sports in generall in Ghana the government must show an increased involvement in youth sporting activities. The nation must have a renewable 5-10 year sports development plan. Since the talents abound but the resources are very limited we must delay no further to invest in schools and colleges sports. We must put our money where our mouth is. The high schools and colleges must have modern well equipped and well managed sports gymnasiums where the youth will receive training. There's an abundance of skills but we lack a well coordinated plan. International Football for instance is becoming more technical so we need sportsmen especially footballers who are not only very skillful but also mentally smart, physically strong and fit athletes who can run very fast and have physical endurance. We must also give loans to sports educators and coaches to pursue courses in some of the world renowned sports colleges. There's a long way to go but we must begin now. Over to the new Youth and Sports Minister. We must go far beyond desire and do something meaningful and long lasting. We want to reap abundantly but we need to realize that we cannot reap where we've not sowed. There's a time for sowing and a time for reaping. Sowing time is now especially after a really bad harvest.

Afful has been sluggish more often and Andy Yiadom shd slot in dat position to assist Atsu in attack. Kwadwo must be brought back to d midfield. Avram is clueless
