Which advanced country are you talking about? Where I live, the United States, the votes of lawmakers are public records.
You can actually search for the information on the internet for any bill or act passed by congress.

All these people call themselves "honourable". I pray it should come to a point in our democracy where people aspiring to become parliamentarians are made to face an apolitical committee for vetting before elections. There ar ... read full comment
All these people call themselves "honourable". I pray it should come to a point in our democracy where people aspiring to become parliamentarians are made to face an apolitical committee for vetting before elections. There are so many misfits in our parliament and ironically some of them find themselves as members of the appointment committee. What can be annoying than having such misfits vetting someone like Prof K. Frimpong Boateng.
