    What a shame the whole year you made allocation for the cards and you are telling us there are no cards.Are you responsible people?

    They are even on the neck of charitable organisations that comes from abroad to make donations and help poor and needy and kids to pay pay taxes. Nothing moves in Ghana now. confused NPP without direction

    This is purely bad management. All procurement is now central. The NHIA has stopped the district offices from doing their own procurement. They have to travel from as far as Bawku to Accra to take supplies from headquarters. ...

    My 7 months old baby is ill and due to the shortage she can't be registered. Her parents may afford to for her bills when get to the hospital without been on NHIS. My question is What about the poor?
