  Most of these businesses are forced to operate without licenses because of burdensome fees and regulatioins.We must set up a standard requirement features and small fees for all those desiring to go into this field.They must also be given a short training about the services and the things to report to the authorities.The authorities must not continue NDC policies that stifled businesses with large fees and"make them as you go"regulations.
