Some decorum in the comments will be appreciated. Firstly, I think the MP has the right to go to court if he so wishes. Secondly, a determination of the case will then become a precedent for deciding when similar situations happens in the future which I foresee. This is informed by the huge number of private tertiary and quasi tertiary institutions being set up nationwide and being patronized. The Supreme Court can give an explanation on the application of the National Service Law so all the wrangling and insults are brought to a head. My thoughts.
