Aspiring Ashanti regional NDC Chairman; Joseph Yammin says the ruling New Patriotic Party came to power riding on lies.

Joseph Yammin who was speaking on Kumasi based Silver FM said “there is no way the NPP could have won power from a government that has accomplished so much for this country if not for lies”.

He asked the host to name 2 projects apart from the Emergency Centre at the Komfo Anokye Hospital that the NPP in her previous eight year tenure accomplished in the region. After some silence from the host, Yammin went ahead to list a litany of projects the Mahama-led NDC government undertook in the Ashanti region and emphasised the concomitant employment opportunities those projects carry.
