This doesn't sound right and sensible! If as many as 3000 of them are unqualified but were still recruited, then it is the Police recruitment authorities that are unqualified to do their job! Any recruitment outfit that recruits 3000 applicants, who are later deemed unqualified, is not worth maintaining! It is the personnel who did the recruitment who should be sacked from the Ghana Police, not the recruits! In other words, it will be a violation of both morality and fair-play to sack the 3000 recruits and not sack also the personnel who did the recruitment!

There is something disgusting about this whole dismissal! You cannot toy with the life and career of people so flippantly and carelessly! Nor can we run a polity in this reckless and dangerous way!

What sort of nation at all are we building? The winner-take-all nation? Or a land of two nations, the NPP-nation and the NDC-nation? This stupidity of nation-building is not sustainable; it will undoubtedly lead to chaos and havoc! Yooo!

Nana is not ready to train armed robbers as police. we are often attacked by with robbers who are well armed with weapons only available to the police, have you ever thought of where and how such weapons got to the hands of a common civilian? We now know that some of the recruit's are not qualify to be recruited as police officers. Can we as Ghanaian know the requirement as at the time the applied.
